 How to write and invitation

  

This is a sample of an invitation for a tea party. There are many more ways to write an invitation. What is more important is that it should be short and include all the necessary information a guest would need to find you.

1. What is the invitation for? (tea party, birhtday party, seasonal party e.t.c.)

2. Where is the party taking place?  (you should give the address)

3. What date does the party take place?

4. What time does the party take place?
5. We should include a phone number in case of an emergency.
6. Some times we need to know which guests intend to be present, so we ask them to let us know.

Keep your invitation short and simple!
